Salmon Mousse '88
Ingredients
1 T gelatin
3 T cold water
1 can condensed zesty tomato soup
6 oz cream cheese
1 can (15½ oz.) pink salmon
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup green onion, finely chopped
¼ cup parsley, minced
1 cup safflower mayonnaise
2 t Cajun seasoning
Preparation
In a mixing bowl dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Heat soup and cream cheese in a saucepan until smooth, stirring constantly.
Pour into gelatin bowl along with remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill
