Play Crolf!
There is not much level ground here at
CampAugustine and nothing you could call lawn but still we like to bang croquet balls around.
CrossCountryCroquet was born. For many years this activity remained a rambling, unorganized affair without any noticeable structure or rules. This sport can be pursued almost anywhere, the beach, a city park, around a few front yards in your neighborhood (if you have front yards and cooperative neighbors) or around and about a hillside like ours.
Crolf gradually emerged from this chaos. We borrowed some rules and etiquette from
Golf?, refined and focused the aimless banging around of the balls to progress through a series of nine wicketts strategically placed around the hillside.
Here are some pictures of the Crolf game on Thanksgiving Day 2003.

Crolf.Info
Wow... I registered
Crolf.Info for
pops' birthday in January and updated this page the first of February and haven't gotten back to it since. I've been
busy!
Now it must be time to talk about what kind of
WebSite? we might like to create to represent our style of Crolf.
Things to talk about include:
- Site Structure
- Site Design
- Story Types
- Courses
- Rules (or lack thereof)
- Players
- Matches (great ones, throughout history)
- Site Features
- Content...
I'd like to manage and publish the site using
Bricolage.
Ideas anyone?

I think the site should be predominantly
green ! And I think there should be a blog where people can type in their own crolf experiences.. Or maybe that would be a review. Hmm..
Also great matches throughout history sounds good, and of course rules (or lack thereof).
And I think the site should be designed like a crolf course.
