Um... there really is no recipe for the apple cake. It's completely concocted and different every time.

Some apple perhaps, maybe a little orange juice, a handfull or two of some kind of flour, perhaps a little oil. If it doesn't taste too sweet, just a litte sugar (but only a little!} Bake it until it's done. I think that's sort of how KathiaZolfaghari does it.
